After just 18 months in the US, we’re delighted to have been crowned ‘Biddable Team of the Year’ at this year’s Drum Search Awards USA!
Up against other leading agencies’ biddable teams, Croud was triumphant particularly due to our impressive revenue growth figures in a brand new market, according to the judging panel. In fact, Croud’s New York-based biddable team went from $0 to over $1.5m in booked revenue in the first 12 months of operation, growing from just one biddable staff member to a team of seven.
Covering paid search, paid social and programmatic, our US biddable team works with our expert network of ‘Croudies’ to run campaigns for our US clients throughout the Americas and beyond. In doing so, we’ve been fortunate enough to work with leading brands including DKNY, Alice+Olivia, AMC Networks and TickPick. And we have some very happy clients, recently attaining an NPS score of 71 in the US.
The Drum Search Awards USA judges also commended Croud on their Google agency benchmark scores and contribution to the wider digital marketing industry through research and blogging, with examples including our Retail on Facebook benchmarking project (Q3 report coming in mid-October!).
