Details: This cookie is used to distinguish unique users by assigning a randomly generated number as a client identifier. It is included in each page request in a site and used to calculate visitor, session and campaign data for the sites analytics reports. By default it is set to expire after 2 years, although this is customisable by website owners.

Details: Used to distinguish users. Contains 4 types of information:

1. “GA1”

2. “2” stand for cookie version and top level domain respectively.

3. “1069090413″ is a random number generated for the current session

4. “1495603968” is the timestamp of when this session had started. Combination of 3.) and 4.) are Session IDs, and these Session IDs help Google Analytics group the entire user journey for each session. Session IDs change after each session– thereby causing the value in cookie to change also.
