With two-thirds of all product searches starting on Amazon, eve sleep quickly realised that it was a vital space for their brand. Whilst they had previously run some Amazon activity, they felt they didn’t have the in-house expertise needed to implement an effective Amazon strategy.
With Croud already managing their PPC activity, eve sleep tasked Croud with taking on their Amazon advertising strategy, with the key objective being to increase sales on Amazon, whilst keeping costs low.

Croud’s Amazon team started by carrying out an in-depth audit of eve sleep’s existing Amazon activity, which uncovered several areas to make an immediate impact. Croud optimised eve sleep’s listings, and also focused on their Storefront, which was used to showcase all of their products, thereby acting as a hub for consistent brand experience.
Following this, Croud also addressed the high cost of advertising on Amazon, by creating strategic campaigns that targeted both brand defence and high-converting category keywords.
After just a couple months of working together, eve sleep was already seeing some amazing results. They were also able to see great momentum around key events, such as Amazon Prime Day, with the mattress retailer reaching position 3 under Best Sellers.
