Employer Brand and Values Initiative
This award recognises organisations that have positioned their unique workplace culture at the heart of their employer brand. Croud has been shortlisted in this category for our ongoing processes and initiatives that continue to instil Croud’s values within all areas of the business – from employee recognition to recruitment.
Best Small Organisation for Business Culture
This award showcases organisations that have undertaken a substantial initiative which has had a demonstrable impact on their business culture. Croud has been shortlisted in this category for our continuous efforts to improve and maintain a nurturing and inspiring culture across our four offices globally.
At Croud we acknowledge that culture is the foundation of accelerating business performance, so we are thrilled to be shortlisted in two categories for the Business Culture Awards this year.
