Croud has launched its new report exploring global attitudes towards localisation: International Localization Report 2022.
The pandemic has accelerated the global shift to digital, and as a result, over the past 18 months we’ve seen countless brands transform their online approach. Others, such as Amazon and UberEats, have maximized global opportunity and successfully delivered localization at scale.
This survey found that 57% of respondents had experienced language or cultural issues when using a brand's localized site, while 24% said that these findings would make them less likely to purchase from the brand as a result.
