For the second year running, we’re delighted to share that Croud has been featured in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work list - recognising Croud as one of the UK’s best employers.

Following our inclusion in the inaugural Sunday Times Best Places to Work list last year, we’re thrilled to be recognised once again in the Big Company category, which is designed for UK organisations with 250 - 1,999 employees.

In a year that has seen Croud recognised as Performance Marketing World’s International Agency of the Year, as well as Campaign UK’s Silver Performance Agency of the Year, the business has continued to put its people and culture first. This has included the launch of Lattice, a new people management platform that has transformed the way in which one-to-ones are managed and personal and professional goals are set.

We’ve also continued to grow and develop Croud’s communities, which serve to represent and advocate for various groups - parents and carers, women in leadership, the LGBTQIA+ community, and many more - through events, training, and awareness-raising. And earlier this year we launched a new mentor programme, which connect mentors with mentees across the organisation to allow our teams to learn from one another and grow both personally and professionally. Croud also recently joined the IPA, which opens up a wide range of additional learning and personal development opportunities for our teams.

“We’re absolutely delighted to be featured in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work list for the second year running. It’s Croud’s amazing people and culture that drive the business forward, and we’re committed to continually investing in our talent and making Croud an even better place to work.”
