Voice search was less used and less trusted in 2018 than in 2017, study finds

Higher Visibility released a piece of research on the popularity voice search which found that voice search usage is actually in decline in 2018 compared to 2017. In addition the reasons for using it have changed from being “easier” in 2017 to “speed” in 2018. They also found that people are less trusting of the accuracy of voice devices with Alexa being the most trusted.
