For the sixth year running they have been awarded with a prestigious medal. This year their striking floral design exhibit has been awarded a Silver-Gilt medal in recognition of its outstanding creativity and artistic construction.
Inspired by the nation’s love of a good cuppa their floral masterpiece entitled ‘Time for Tea’ is both striking and fresh. Created by five of Interflora’s expert florists the impressive creation stands a whopping 5 metres tall. The combination of voluptuous form with bold colours and textures perfectly captures the fun-filled spirit of a summer tea party.
The breath-taking exhibit is showcased in the Great Pavilion and consists of a giant, suspended teapot in the midst of oversized cupcakes and biscuits. The attention to detail is second to none with the intricate design being decorated with many thousands of flowers.
