Influencer Marketing: Global Survey Report

Research from Rakuten Marketing indicates that Instagram has overtaken YouTube as the most popular influencer platform with 65% of customers choosing to view its content compared to 62% for YouTube. The report also found that whilst 81% of customer were more likely to buy through an influencer shared link, 26% were more likely to spend more than £500 of items recommended by influencers. 43% of customers said they trust influencers to be honest and transparent.
