Having achieved a 3 Star Accreditation, which is the highest possible level and reflects ‘extraordinary’ levels of workplace engagement, Croud has been ranked at #57 in the Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work For list.

We’re humbled to have such an amazing team that have chosen to work at Croud, and delighted to have this officially recognised by being part of this prestigious league table. At Croud, we’re firm believers that there’s no such thing as a great agency, just great people in agencies – to do so well in our first year of entering is testament to the culture we’ve created.

The Best Companies to Work For listing comes hot on the heels of the social innovation award we received last year, which recognised Croud’s unique business model, in particular the Croudie network, which is helping to change the way people work in digital for the better. By continually investing in our people – both internal and external – we hope to rank even more highly next year.

A truly international digital agency

Another impressive accolade, the Sunday Times Lloyds SME Export Track 100 recognises the UK-headquartered SMEs with the fastest growing international sales.

With Croud’s international sales having grown exponentially over the last couple of years, we have been ranked at #27 in the fourth edition of this league table. International sales now make up almost 60% of Croud’s total sales, which reflects not only our fast-growing New York and Sydney offices, but also our increasingly international client base.

Running digital marketing activity across 110 markets for our clients, Croud has international capabilities to rival the largest network agencies. We’re delighted that our model – enabled by our Croudie network of 1,200 digital experts across the globe, all supported by our proprietary technology – has been officially recognised by a third party in this way.  A big shout out to those global clients who believed in us; our partnerships go from strength to strength.

With lots of new developments in the pipeline, including new tech and tools to further supercharge our international operations, it’s a very exciting time for Croud.
