What we learnt from the Content Marketing Show1 min read

Last Tuesday Croud went along to the Content Marketing Show in London – a free one day conference dedicated exclusively to content strategy and marketing.

Fuelled with complimentary tea and buzzing off pick and mix (kindly supplied by Caliber) we sat down for the day of presentations, eager to learn more about content marketing. There were a great range of speakers from different career backgrounds and they certainly didn’t disappoint.

So here are our 10 favorite nuggets of advice which we picked up from the show. We wanted to share them with you, so have condensed them into what we think is a handy infographic:

Print it out on A4 and stick it to your wall.

Interestingly as we were building on this infographic, we came across a related infographic made by BlueGlass, one of the sponsors of the Content Marketing Show. Their infographic shows how only 38% of companies have a content marketing strategy despite 90% of companies believing that content marketing will become more important over the next 12 months. This just screams “Missed Opportunity!”
