The Drum Agency Business Awards (formerly The Drum Network Awards) took place on Tuesday night, and Croud picked up the award for Client Service!
Hosted at the London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square, Tuesday night celebrated the very best run agencies.

Client service is at the heart of the Croud business and we were therefore ecstatic to win the Client Service award.
Croud’s client strategy team has grown from just two people in 2016, to eight today, and has seen NPS soar, whilst churn rate is at an all-time low. The team helps to bring all of the great work done by our channel specialists, and to package it up into a coherent story for our clients – something which is increasingly in demand in the ever more complex digital landscape.

This year, Croud has continued to grow rapidly, delivering year-on-year revenue growth in excess of 50%. This is thanks to a growing client base – welcoming clients including Amazon Prime, AXA IM, The North Face, and Vans over the last year – as well as further growing our offering in areas such as programmatic, paid social and SEO.
Croud has also received a number of business accolades; the SEO and content team were recognised as The Drum’s Organic Team of the Year, Croud were listed in the Sunday Times’ Tech Track 100 and SME Export Track 100. In addition, Croud was named as one of the Best Small Companies to Work for 2018 by The Sunday Times.
