At Croud at the beginning of every year, we look back and say last year is going to take some beating, the bar we set gets higher and higher every year, but thanks to the hard work of our incredible team and the support and trust of our clients and partners in 2015 we’ve gone and done it again. What a year it’s been…
Overall our business grew by more than 60 per cent, which as we mature is some achievement. We became even more global, and this was reflected in the scale and sophistication of clients that chose to work with us.
Our programmatic display business took hold, we had a 4x increase in revenues during the past six months. Add to that the introduction of paid social and analytics, and the armoury at our availability to deliver for customers has increased significantly.
And if that wasn’t enough in Q4 we also managed to launch into the biggest advertising market in the world, with the opening of Croud NYC.
Across the board, we’ve added skills, languages and smiling faces. I can’t name every one of them, but particularly delighted to have brought in some serious top-level talent who are now actively pursuing roles at Croud, welcoming James Braybrook (FD), Clark Boyd (Head of SEO), Maz Hussain (Head of Display), Kevin Joyner (Head of Analytics), and two new MDs – for our Australian business – Dan Richardson, and our big money signing of the season, Jon Beeston as UK MD. All adding to the fantastic pool of talent we have and will continue to develop both in-house and through our ever developing network.
And our network and the technology that underpins it, has risen to the fore in 2015, thanks to everyone who’s been a part of the Croud, much more to come in 2016.
