Croud wins at Digiday’s Worklife Awards

Following the great news earlier this week, we’re delighted to add another award win to our 2020 highlights – in the form of Best Employer for Remote Employees at the 2020 Worklife Awards.

Hosted by Digiday, the Worklife Awards celebrate the top organisations across media and marketing, fashion, beauty, and retail, that have created strong company cultures built on their core values.

Croud and Proud

Despite the challenges that the pandemic has brought to 2020, Croud has supported over 220 in-house employees across all four of our offices in the UK, US and Australia, as well as our 2,400+ remote digital experts, or ‘Croudies’, based in countries all around the world. Over the past year, we’ve continued our efforts to foster an effective working environment that encourages growth, teamwork and well-being, with limited in-person interactions.

From our Shouting About Success chatroom on Google Hangouts to the implementation of Bonusly, a company-wide reward scheme that allows employees to reward their peers, Croud has taken extra measures to keep our teams well-connected and supported. In addition, Croud Academy, our free training platform, arms Croudies with the latest digital knowledge and skills to complete work to the highest standard.

We’ve also made our employees’ well-being, safety and health a priority, providing flexible remote working options that allow our employees to work outside of the typical 9-5 hours – from any corner of the world. Croud has also supported our employees’ work-from-home experience by supplying mental-health resources, as well as additional tools like laptops, computer monitors, and office chairs.
