Croud’s UK business has been included in this year’s ‘Big Company’ category, for organisations with 250 - 1,999 employees. Having been recognised as one of the Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work For for two consecutive years back in 2018 and 2019, we’re delighted to now be in the big category in the revamped Sunday Times awards, following a period of impressive growth for the business.
With our people and culture at the heart of the business, we’re continually reviewing and introducing new benefits and initiatives at Croud. Earlier this year, we appointed our first ever Chief People Officer, Audrey Lucy, who is leading on driving forward Croud’s culture and people initiatives.
