Complete Office Supplies appoints Croud to drive business growth

Complete Office Supplies (COS), Australia’s largest family owned office supplies company, has appointed Croud as their digital marketing agency.

Following a competitive three-stage process involving six agencies, COS has appointed Croud as its SEO and PPC partner. In an exciting period of growth for COS, Croud stood out due to their flexible and innovative approach, their ability to follow yet challenge a brief, and their proprietary technology, known as ‘Croud Control’.

Croud will be supporting COS across their digital marketing activity, including by:

  • Providing strategic PPC, SEO, creative and content marketing support
  • Undertaking comprehensive tech audits and ensuring best practice across the accounts
  • Increasing organic traffic through SEO
  • Optimising current content on the COS website

Rebekah Adamson, Head of Marketing at COS, said, “At COS we pride ourselves on the innovative ways we compete in the market, and we were delighted to find in Croud an equally innovative digital marketing partner. We are at the beginning of our journey with Croud, and so far I’ve been really impressed with the whole onboarding process and regular catch-ups and communication. I look forward to seeing the positive results of their SEO and PPC services and to driving continued business growth together with the team at Croud.”

Dan Richardson, Managing Director at Croud Australia, added, “We are ecstatic to welcome COS to our growing portfolio of clients, and to help this exciting brand to deliver continued growth through digital marketing.”
