BIMA 100
We’re thrilled to share that Croud’s Global HR Director, Sarah Neblett-Lindo, and Data and Adtech Strategy Lead, Benoît Le Gendre, have been included in the BIMA 100 list for 2022! They have both been recognised for their achievements within their respective categories in shaping the future of the UK’s digital industry.
The BIMA 100 list celebrates individuals who are leading the industry, recognising the UK’s most influential people across digital and tech in 10 different categories. This exciting news was announced on the 12th of May, and celebrated at the BIMA 100 event in Soho, London.
Sarah Neblett-Lindo - Champions for Change
The Champions for Change category recognises industry leaders who drive positive social change within the industry. The list includes those who have used their professional skills to change the industry and its culture for the better, while also cultivating new and diverse talent. Since joining Croud in June 2020, Sarah has championed key initiatives focused on DEI, work culture and career development, which have hugely supported Croud’s exponential growth.
Croud’s CEO & Co-founder, Luke Smith, shared “The impact that Sarah has had on the Croud business over the last 18 months cannot be understated. Throughout the pandemic, Sarah and her team have been a pillar of support within the Croud community, and the initiatives which were developed under her leadership have had a far reaching impact on our global business success. From helping us to retain talent through training and development, to shining a light on Croud’s diversity & inclusion agenda and launching working-groups across the business, Sarah has developed a myriad of ground-breaking initiatives, which have had an immediate, and positive, impact on the agency. ”
Benoît le Gendre - Rising Stars
Earmarked as the ‘ones to watch’, the Rising Stars category celebrates those aged 30 or under who are making waves across the industry and are set to be its future leaders. Starting his career in Croud’s PPC team, Benoît has quickly become our key ad tech expert. An early adopter of any new tech and digital practices, he provides expertise to guide a wide range of clients and has been instrumental in the adoption of privacy essential technologies.
Croud’s Director of Transformation, Sophie Wooller, commented, “Benoit is so deserving of this award. He is an outstanding contributor to tech and data innovation and a thought leader in this area. He has helped clients understand the importance of closing the gap in a cookieless future with first-party data integration, and taking that leap of faith with modern search. Equally importantly, he is a wonderful ambassador for the Croud group - truly living our values of passion, imagination and integrity in everything he does”.
A huge congratulations to both Sarah and Benoît, and all other winners who were included in this year’s list. You can see all categories and the full BIMA 100 list here.
