We’re thrilled to announce that Croud’s Biddable Associate Director, Katie McMahon, has been named a winner in the Marketing Brew’s Go-Getter Awards.
The Go-Getter Awards celebrates individuals in the earlier stages of their marketing careers who have demonstrated a bold blend of drive, creativity and leadership.
Katie has always been a champion of driving positive change across the business, whether it’s implementing new processes or increasing efficiency within the team. She has been instrumental in developing a new account auditing process, which has been significant to multiple pitch wins and has ultimately become the new standard across the company globally for both new business and existing clients.
She has also recently taken the initiative to build a multi-stage messaging framework after identifying some challenges while working with a client. Her vision was a dynamic creative optimization deployment, which would ultimately help the client drive revenue and performance. Her pioneering work has flourished into a proper offering at Croud, leading to additional projects on other clients and channels.
Not only has Katie been a great driver of change in terms of how the team works, but she has also had a huge impact on the culture at Croud. From developing, maintaining and coordinating Croud US’ onboarding training curriculum and getting involved in mental health discussions, to helping to build an international buddy system that encourages collaboration and friendships across Croud’s global offices, Katie has been an integral part of Croud’s award-winning culture.
In addition to being named a winner in the Go-Getter Awards, Katie was also recently recognized as a finalist in the Female Employee of the Year – Business category, in The Stevie Awards for Women in Business 2022.
A huge congratulations to all the winners and finalists across both awards.
