Croud acquired London-based analytics agency, Metageni, and Atlanta-based digital marketing agency, Vert, to expand our global footprint. We also received funding from private equity investors, ECI Partners.
We launched our new agency proposition, Return on Intelligence, and welcomed our new Chairman of the Board, Steve King.
