We are excited to announce the appointment of Rachelle Hansen as Vice President of Client Leadership, and Gabriela Carlos as Media Measurement Director - two new roles to strengthen the U.S. arm of the business. 

We are welcoming these new appointments after a strong period of growth for Croud, having recently announced the acquisitions of data and analytics company, impakt Advisors, and luxury performance agency, VERB Brands, and also having expanded into the West Coast.

VP Client Leadership

VP Client Leadership is a new role in the U.S., and is critical to ensuring Croud maintains excellent client engagement as the agency continues to grow. Hansen will ensure the quality, value and impact of Croud's modern work approach is consistently felt at all levels of its offerings. A former General Manager at PHD and a ‘Campaign Woman to Watch 2021,’ she will also identify holistic, integrated opportunities and media solutions with agency partners, as well as work closely with data and strategy teams to deliver a leading, modern agency product.

Media Measurement Director

As Media Measurement Director, Carlos, who until recently was Analytics Director at Dentsu, will be tasked with building out Croud’s measurement and analytics solutions. With the new capabilities we have in house, Croud is able to offer clients solutions around data engineering, data science, analytics and BI.

"The environment of media and measurement is changing faster than ever before with shifts in data privacy and tracking,” said Carlos. “There’s a heightened need to prove the holistic impact of media, delivering campaigns that are both effective and efficient in an economy where users’ attention is scarce. My goal is to leverage data, insights, and measurement solutions to help our clients win in their respective verticals."
