Croud was named the winner in the ‘Beauty and Healthcare’ category alongside client Avon, whilst for our work with Pretty Little Thing, we were named as the winner in the ‘Fashion and Clothing’ category.
Through the pandemic and beyond, online retailing has grown dramatically and shown itself to be a crucial channel in the retail realm. In association with RetailSector, the Online Retailer Awards celebrates the best online retailers in the UK, seeking to recognise those with ingenuity, innovation, quality and creativity.
Beauty and Healthcare – Avon
Within the sector award for Beauty and Healthcare, Croud’s work with Avon took the top spot. Croud was tasked to positively impact consideration for the brand and have the campaign pay for itself. To do this, Croud took an integrated and multi-faceted approach to launch and measure the success of Avon’s campaign for their new Power Serum product. Croud’s approach boosted consideration of the brand, and resulted in their best-selling skincare launch for years.
Fashion and Clothing – Pretty Little Thing
In the sector award for Fashion and Clothing, we were named the winner for our work with Pretty Little Thing. Our dedicated and proactive PPC team noticed an opportunity to grow PLT’s revenue from Google Smart Shopping campaigns by setting up a smart, automated process. The initiative was an overwhelming success, driving both clicks and incremental revenue for PLT.
Pretty Little Thing and Croud were also finalists in the Design & Technology Award for ‘Best Online Retailer Marketing Campaign’, so a massive well done to the team for both their achievements!
A huge congratulations to all teams involved and to the winners and finalists of the Online Retailer Awards 2022! If you’d like to find out more about our services, get in touch today.
