Croud’s 2024 diversity report outlines the progress we have made towards our ambition to shape a progressive and inclusive culture that celebrates difference, inspires authenticity, and values integrity. The DEI survey, which included our global workforce across Croud and Born Social, covered six key areas: gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, education and disability.
This report focuses on the global business landscape, with an illustrative view by geography, highlighting our key achievements to date, as well as outlining our main initiatives and commitments for the coming years.
