We are aware that some individuals have been contacted with fake job offers or freelance work opportunities by a third party unlawfully impersonating Croud through email, social media, or other channels or unofficial websites that mimic our branding.

Recruitment fraud is on the rise across the sector, and we would advise you to please be vigilant.

In addition please be aware of the following

  • Never pay for a job: Croud will never ask for payment to secure a job or freelance opportunities. We will not ask for nor do we accept payment via cryptocurrency.
  • Be wary of unsolicited offers: If you have not applied for a position, be suspicious.
  • Check the email address: Legitimate Croud communications will come from official "@croud.com" email addresses.
  • Only apply through official channels:  All legitimate work opportunities with Croud are only advertised on our careers site, and applications to join our freelance network are only made via our website. Please be aware that Croud does not communicate via WhatsApp.

Reporting

Please report any suspected fraudulent recruitment activity that looks like it may be connected to Croud to us at [email protected].
