Digital Advocacy is affecting how the Affluent Consumer buys Luxury. We surveyed 1000+ affluent consumers to understand their purchase behaviours and attitudes to luxury. We break down the research into three affluent consumer “tribes” based on their digital literacy and how they value luxury. Our research shows consumer digital advocacy greatly impacts motivations to buy, as well as how the affluent consumer shops Luxury.
