By examining how AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini influence shoppers, this research reveals their pivotal role in consumers' brand and product discovery to purchase journey. 

The findings are stark. As consumers adopt these tools, their confidence in AI, their spend and their loyalty is changing. Significantly, 17% of AI Adopters are completing their entire discovery journey within AI tools.
