We’re pleased to announce that Croud has acquired impakt Advisors’ team, to help strengthen our growing data solutions and analytics offering.
Based in New York, impakt Advisors is a data and analytics company providing data engineering, data science and data visualization services to global brands such as Dell, Public Goods, ZX Ventures, Indigo, and Kerry Group.
Co-founded by managing partner Konrad Kopczynski along with Alika Graham and Nicholas Hahn, impakt Advisors helps consumer brands jumpstart their analytics to optimize marketing spend, consumer targeting, and inventory planning.

The experienced team at impakt Advisors will integrate directly into Croud’s growing data solutions team in the US, providing additional specialist data and analytics skills to further strengthen Croud’s data solutions services. This is part of Croud’s global investment in data solutions, which also includes the hiring of Kelly Yip earlier this year as the agency’s global Head of Data Science and Tools.

The news follows an exciting period of growth for Croud’s US arm, with the business growing close to 70% year over year, and hiring 25 new staff in 2021, including senior hires such as Dean Gardner as Global Chief Operating Officer, and Andrew Sandoval as VP of Biddable Media.
