We're pleased to announce that Dani Jordan will join our Executive team as the company’s first Chief Marketing & Integration Officer. She will sit on our Global Executive team, reporting into Luke Smith, Founder & Croud Global CEO.
Jordan has been appointed into the role to define the business vision and oversee its implementation as the group continues to grow at a pace. As part of her remit, she will lead: business portfolio strategy and integration; communications and marketing; as well as people, purpose, and DE&I. This follows a string of wins within the Croud agency, and significant acquisitions including Born Social, Croud Luxe (previously known as VERB) and Impakt Advisors, their data and analytics company.
Jordan brings over 20 years’ experience, most recently as Dentsu International’s Global Chief Communications & Marketing Officer, where she built a multi-market team of 150 professionals, partnered on the integration of key acquisitions, and defined the Dentsu brand strategy. Notably, she oversaw the unification of all agency brands under the Dentsu banner while there. She brings with her significant business transformation expertise, helping organisations to navigate complex change programmes, drive employee engagement, and manage corporate reputation. She previously held leadership roles at Travelex and Ogilvy PR, having started her early career as a management consultant with Accenture.
