Croud were tasked with using data-driven attribution reporting in Analytics 360 to assess the value of each channel, providing actionable insights.

Croud needed to:

  • Demonstrate the impact on conversions per channel
  • Conduct channel analysis with data-driven attribution
  • Show the value of each channel
  • Achieve lower cost-per-clicks across mobile in order to drive efficient volume gains

The Croud difference

  • FMP saw a 55% YoY growth for the business in April 2016
  • Display proved to be hugely undervalued, with a 91% increase using Croud’s data driven attribution model
  • While Display was an excellent channel for driving growth, we discovered that all other channels drove the conversions
  • We then optimised these channels for conversions, based on the newfound data at our fingertips
  • As a result, Find my Past were able to more accurately distribute budget to achieve their growth goals
