This September, Croud are coming to Liverpool to partner with Google in their bid to get all British businesses online.
Not only will members of our experienced digital marketing team be giving talks and presentations, we’ll also be giving one-to-one advice to over 1,500 businesses on how to get online and how to make the most of it.
With 46 million internet users in the UK and over 2 billion worldwide, improving and maximising on your online presence can help you reach your target audience and rapidly increase growth.
Their aim is to try and boost the areas local economy and bring Liverpool digitally up to speed, getting every business online as soon as possible.
Google will be hosting a launch event on September 14th, featuring some special guests as well as the Managing Director of Google UK and Ireland, Matt Brittin. Tickets for the launch event have now unfortunately sold out, but there are still lots of ways to get involved.
Get British Businesses Online Initiative from Google
We’re also very excited to be running the Google Juice Bar, a one-to-one free advice service that allows local business to come and find out how to get online.
Croud’s Commercial Director, Luke Smith and Operations Director, Ben Knight will be giving talks and presentations about how to improve your online presence.
In each one-to-one tailored appointment we will be conducting digital health checks, looking at helping business set-up a website and improving online visibility. In particular we can help businesses set-up a free website with their own unique domain name.
At the end of the appointment clients will leave with a ‘health check card’, enabling them to tick off what they’ve done to improve their digital marketing strategy. We will also be running the Google Workshops which are similar, but are happening in popup places all over Liverpool, including Aintree Racecourse and St Helens Chamber of Commerce.
